PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE
Customers will receive either store credit or refund back to their original payment method (minus shipping costs). If we made a mistake in sending a product that was the wrong size or color, we will refund the entire purchase cost, including shipping and handling.
Products can only be returned if they meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Item must be in the original tags and packaging.
- Item must be clean and without damage.
In the interest of health and safety, undergarments, mouth guards, compression pants/shorts, and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new.
All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of B’rage Sports.
If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer, please contact them for any returns or issues.
Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. All returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of B’rage Sports.
For returns and exchanges, we recommend shipping with insurance coverage and tracking. B’rage Sports is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as, shipping charges associated with exchanges.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. If a refused or undeliverable package is assessed a fee because it is returned back to B’rage Sports, the customer will be responsible for any such fees imposed and those fees will be due prior to reshipping of your order OR the cost will be deducted from any refund that is due back to a customer.
LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS
Limited Edition items are not eligible for returns. Size exchanges may be available for some Limited Edition styles at the buyer’s cost, subject to availability. Most promotions, offers and coupons are restricted for use with Limited Edition items. Any Limited Edition items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
B’rage Sports products have a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. If your product is outside the 30-day window, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will review your case. Please include photographs or videos of the possible defect.
